Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, please check your junk mail as well.

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Estimates

Depending on the method of shipping you chose it can take anywhere from 4-14 business days to arrive after your item has been posted. (This does not include processing time)

If you purchase Express post please note that Australia post no longer provides next business day guarantee, more information can be found: https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/domestic-shipping/express-post

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.

Estimated time frames are as follow (this does not include time that customs may hold your items for clearance)

Untracked shipping: 30-45 Business days

Standard: 9-25 Business days (30-40 business days for EU)

Express:4-14 Business days

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Miss T Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you choose not to pay the tax or VAT charges on your end the items will be discarded by your postal service. No refunds will be provided.
