Cancellations

You have 2 hours to cancel your order. Please note I do not accept cancellations on licensed items as royalties are paid to the authors/agents acting on behalf of authors. 

Returns/Refunds

Returns and or refunds will not be accepted for change of mind.

In person events Pre orders

Any custom order cannot be cancelled after 1 week of purchase. No licensed products can be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind, I can except like for like exchange (last day to do so is close of pre orders for specific event date) as royalties are paid to the authors/agents acting on behalf of authors. All purchases after which are final and no pre orders can be exchanged on the day of the in person event due to change of mind.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item is marked as delivered, please contact your local postal service to advise them you do not have it, and to start a case, it is your responsibility to provide a safe delivery location, If your postal service confirms your parcel was delivered as addressed there is nothing further we can do. If you live in an apartment complex please contact your mail room or building manager and check cctv footage.  If you are a victim of mail theft, your next step is to contact your local law enforcement and lodge a complaint.

To start a return, you can contact us at misstcreationsau@gmail.com. Returns are at the customers expense, so you will have to pay for shipping back to us.

Refunds on damaged items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved on the value of the item, shipping is unable to be refunded as this service has been rendered, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at misstcreationsau@gmail.com.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Online order Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, in original unused condition, please contact me first prior to returning your product, you can return for a like for like exchange however no refund will be provided. and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note return is at buyers expense along with the new purchase postage.
